About Regain Fitness

Regain Fitness started with two local lads, a bit of a dream, and a garage full of weights. When the Covid-19 lockdown hit, like everyone else, we suddenly had nowhere to train. So, we built our own gym in a garage. What started as a simple solution quickly turned into something much bigger.

Learn more about Regain Fitness

On the 26th of April 2021, the day gyms were finally allowed to reopen, we launched Regain Fitness Lockerbie. From day one, we’ve never stopped pushing forward—upgrading equipment, expanding our space, and refining the experience to create a top-tier training facility. What started as a small, garage-born gym has now evolved into a fully equipped facility. Regain Fitness Lockerbie has become a true staple of the local fitness scene, offering everything from strength training equipment to functional fitness areas, catering to beginners and serious athletes alike.

Now, in 2025, we’ve taken the leap and expanded our business, opening a second facility in our neighbouring town of Annan. Both gyms operate side by side under the same banner, with the same vision: to provide top-quality training environments where people can push their limits and achieve real results. We’ve poured blood, sweat, and tears into making Annan a reality, and we genuinely believe we’ve built a gym that stands out, not just for its equipment but for its atmosphere and attention to detail. Every inch of this facility has been designed with one goal in mind—to create a space where people want to train.

Regain Fitness is now bigger, better, and stronger than ever. Two locations, one vision, and a standard that won’t be matched.
